FAQs Why Our Breeding Program is Trustworthy
We take the safety and well-being of our dogs seriously. Any potential buyers are thoroughly screened, and we have zero tolerance for any form of illegal activity. Any such activities will be promptly reported to the authorities. This stern policy ensures that our dogs only go to safe, loving, and legal homes.
Our kennel, the world-renowned Big Baller Kennels, boasts of the highest quality stock in the world. We’ve set the bar high as other kennels have based their breeding programs on the dogs we’ve produced. Unlike others who purchase their dogs, we breed ours with a focus on athleticism, temperament, bone, muscle, head, courage, and loyalty.
Big Baller Dog Breeder Extraordinaire, the world’s most prolific and best-looking dog breeder, heads our kennels. We are dedicated to making kennels and people relevant in the American Bully world. Rest assured, there’s only one Big Baller Dog Breeder Extraordinaire, so beware of imposters.
We take pride in our unique and rare bloodline, treating dog breeding as a meticulous science rather than a guessing game. Our boutique kennel strategically pairs line breedings, inbreedings, and out crosses to produce the world’s best American Bullies. Our dedication stems from our genuine love for the American Pit Bull Terrier (APBT), a lifestyle that we live daily out of our passion for the breed.
Breed History & Characteristics
The American Bully, often mistaken for an APBT, began development in the 1980s and was finalized in the 1990s. To achieve the desired physical traits and temperament, the APBT was crossed with the American Bulldog, English Bulldog, Mastiff, and Olde English Bulldog. The result is a breed with a unique, stockier physique and specific personality traits. The American Bully Kennel Club (ABKC) first recognized this breed in 2004. The breed was initially created with a lower prey drive and more “bully” traits than the American Staffordshire Terrier. Our dogs display the wide front for which they were originally bred, a testament to our adherence to the breed’s standard. The American Bully is a highly adaptable and trainable breed, often acting as a loving companion. Despite their strength and athletic prowess, these dogs are discouraged from showing aggression towards humans and other dogs, making them ideal companions in various settings.
